Job Description
Solicit new business for the company
Generate 1031 Exchange clients from referral sources
Attend trade shows and conferences, staffing booth and speaking on 1031 exchanges
Build relationships with real estate brokers, attorneys, bankers, CPAs, financial professionals, business owners, etc. as referral sources
Monitor and update referral sources and customer database
Identify trade shows, business expos and networking groups to attend
Conduct training classes and seminars to educate professionals and clients about the benefits of 1031 exchanges
Travel may include 2 to 4 local and 1 to 2 national engagements a month
Organize local marketing campaigns
Special projects as assigned by the VP of Sales and Marketing
